Kyogre is back! The elusive blue, sometimes purple whale, coming to raids near you. Landing this whale will help in PvE for sure, and has a place in Master PvP as well, even if it is shaky this season.
What to use? There has been a shake up in the moves, raids are wild, some moves got a lot better, so it’s much harder to tell. Follow the guide the best you can and party up!
